Is Mailing Gold Safe?

Thousands of gold items are mailed by the US Postal service each day. Jewelers, coin dealers, retail stores and individuals safely send millions of dollars worth of gold each day.  If you are concerned that your items are too valuable to lose in the mail consider purchasing inexpensive insurance before sending them to us.

How Will I Get Paid?

We have found it is very efficient to just send a check the same day that we evaluate your items---rather than trying to call you, negotiate an amount over the phone and then sending a check then. So, if your items arrive in our processing center today, 99% of the time, we'll  send you a check the same day.

Want More Money Than We Offered You?

We try to be as fair as possible, but sometimes our staff may misjudge the value of an item.  If you feel that we have underpaid you, you can contact us within 10 days of the date of your offer check and request a re-evaluation of your items.  If you accept our new offer, we'll send you a check to cover the difference.

Items We Don't Buy...

Many things contain some amount of gold, but they're just to bulky for us to process.  See your local scrap metal recycling center for large items.
